This policy covers how ServoTerra, Inc. treats personal information that is collected and received at the ServoTerra website, which includes servoterra.com, any successor pages thereto, and other related websites owned or operated by ServoTerra, Inc. ("ServoTerra," "we," "us," or "our") and through the ServoTerra Exchange, an online exchange of network equipment assets, including information related to your past use of ServoTerra products and services.
   2. This policy does not cover how ServoTerra treats personal information that it obtains from other sources, such as offline, on other websites, or through email communications. This policy also does not apply to the practices of companies that ServoTerra does not own or control, or to people that ServoTerra does not employ or manage.

If you submit asset information or other content for publication on the website, we collect additional information, such as your full legal name, address, telephone number, and credit card information. Once you register with ServoTerra and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
   4. ServoTerra.com automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, ServoTerra cookie information (if any), and the page you request.
   5.    ServoTerra shares your information to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, and under the following circumstances:
